This website describes The Nonprofit Audit™. The product itself is provided under separate terms:

- a signed agreement between your organization and Pemberlo.
Those terms control over anything on this site. Prices, billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds are set in your agreement, not on this website.
Information on this site
The content here is general information about Pemberlo and our products, and it may change. Any description of pricing is general; your price is the one in your agreement. Examples, including the sample schedules, use fictional organizations and figures. Nothing on this site is accounting, audit, tax or legal advice.
Using the site
Please don't:

- submit someone else's information without their permission;
- send harmful content;
- try to disrupt, overload or get around the site's security;
